Only services confirmed in the itinerary/email will be provided.
Extras must be paid directly to hotels or service providers.
Stick to the itinerary. Any deviations on tour are chargeable.
Unused services are non-refundable.
Any additional service which have to be taken on trip like-hotel stay,activity,transfers or flight change due to any unforeseen situation has be to bared by client itself.
Hotel and airline confirmations are given after full payment.
Hotel check-in/out follows their rules.
50% advance is required. Full payment due a month before departure.
We act as event managers; not responsible for:
- Performance of hotels, flights, trains, transport, or guides.
- Closures or delays due to natural causes or local conditions.
Not liable for:
- Loss of life, injury, or property damage.
- Delays due to strikes, accidents, weather, or traffic.
Medical or early return costs due to illness/injury are borne by the traveler.
No refund for early departures or unused services.
Contact our Mumbai office during the tour for any issues.
In case of road accidents, we assist but are not liable for loss or damage.
Traffic delays won’t be eligible for refunds.
We are not responsible for:
- Flight/train delays or cancellations due to external factors.
- Luggage loss/misplacement or rebooking costs.
Hotels may change due to availability without compensation.
Standard cancellation and booking policies apply to all tours.
Tourists are responsible for any damage caused to property or vehicles.
All participants are assumed to have read and agreed to these terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Other Cancellation & Refund Rules

25% of the tour cost is non-refundable upon booking.
No refund in case of government orders, protests, harsh weather, or natural calamities.
No refund for delays or cancellations due to rail/flight schedule disruptions.
No refund for partial tour usage or midway dropout.
It takes upto 30 days to process domestic payment refund and upto 45 days for international.
A credit note valid for 365 days will be issued if the trip is canceled last minute due to natural calamities.
Extra expenses due to delays, breakdowns, or detours will be borne by the tourist.
Policies may vary during peak seasons. Please confirm with the operator.

Applicable to all Partners / Ambassadors

1. Purpose of Affiliate Codes

Affiliate codes are issued exclusively to approved Utopia Trip Festival Partners / Ambassadors to track referrals and calculate commissions for confirmed bookings made on the official website.

These codes are tracking tools, not discount mechanisms.

2. Eligibility

Issued only after partner approval
Each affiliate code is unique and partner-specific

3. How the Affiliate Code Works

Must be applied at the time of booking
Bookings without an affiliate code are not commissionable
No price change unless explicitly stated

4. Commission Applicability

Only fully confirmed bookings qualify
Full payment must be received by Mindflix Holidays
No commission on partial or cancelled bookings

5. Payout Terms

Monthly or batch-wise payouts
Bank transfer only
No cash payouts

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelled or refunded bookings invalidate the associated commission. Any paid commission will be adjusted in future payouts.

7. Misuse & Violations

Unauthorized discounts or promises
Misrepresentation or false claims
Sharing affiliate codes with other partners
Impersonation of Utopia / Mindflix

8. Brand & Communication

Only official creatives and approved messaging may be used. Custom content must remain factual and aligned with official information.

9. Non-Exclusivity

The Partner Program is non-exclusive and does not guarantee territory or category exclusivity.

10. Program Modifications

Utopia Trip Festival may modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time with official communication.

11. Final Authority

All decisions lie solely with Mindflix Holidays / Utopia Trip Festival, and are final and binding.

12. Governing Law

Governed and interpreted under the laws of India.
